Why Vial exists
Vial is an Australian testing and verification service with one purpose: to make reliable analytical evidence easier to access, understand and trust.
Research peptides are where we start. The intention is broader. Over time we want to support testing of other compounds, ingredients and materials wherever accurate analysis helps businesses and their customers make better decisions.
The problem we’re here for
In this market, analytical evidence is often inconsistent, hard to interpret, or impossible to verify. A purity figure on a listing. A certificate with no way to check it. A number with no method behind it.
You should be able to see what was actually tested, what the results establish, and where uncertainty remains. And a supplier who does the right thing should have a credible way to show the quality and consistency of what they sell.
How we earn trust
Through the quality of the work and the honesty of the reporting. Reassurance should come from sound methods, traceable data and a clear explanation of the findings, not from a badge or a slogan.
The analysis is performed by an accredited laboratory in Australia, working to NATA / ISO/IEC 17025, which holds responsibility for its methods, quality controls, technical interpretation and approval of results. Vial handles everything around it: your enquiry and order, sample handling, payment, the report and its verification.
They decide how we choose a laboratory, how we describe the service, and how we deliver results.
01 / Scientific accuracy
Methods that fit the question.
Suitable methods, appropriate reference materials and quality controls, with every result reviewed by qualified technical staff.
Identity, purity and content are three different measurements and are reported as three. Unfamiliar compounds and blends get a feasibility check before we offer a test. Method limits and uncertainty travel with the result.
Methods and measurement limits02 / Transparency
Say what was tested, how, and what it can’t tell you.
Every report identifies the tests performed, the method behind each number, who reviewed and approved it, and any material limitation.
Supporting data stays attached to the report. Our explanations are kept separate from the analytical findings. We say what was measured, what was inferred and what wasn’t tested.
How to read a report03 / Integrity
Report what the analysis finds.
Unexpected and unfavourable results go in the report exactly as found. Repeat testing and amendments follow a documented process and stay on record.
A repeat test needs a written technical reason. A revised report is a new version linked to the original; nothing is overwritten. Paying for a test never shapes its conclusion.
Corrections and report history04 / Reliability
The same care, every sample, every time.
Consistent sample handling, traceability from receipt to report, clear communication, and turnaround commitments we can actually keep.
One sample reference runs from intake to report. Scope, price, timing and what to send are settled in writing before anything ships. If something changes, you hear about it.
How testing works05 / Responsible communication
Conclusions stay inside what the testing supports.
Findings are presented clearly enough to act on, without turning one sample’s result into a claim about a supplier, a batch, or safety.
A result describes the sample tested and the tests run. It isn’t a safety statement, a supplier endorsement, or evidence about vials that weren’t tested. We write reports so a first-time reader and a laboratory reviewer both understand them.
What a result can and can’t tell youWe’re taking enquiries now and plan a small paid pilot before opening fully. Until paid testing opens we quote and answer questions, and we don’t take money or vials.
A report, a description, a method, one of our explanations. Tell us, with the reference, and we’ll take it up with the laboratory where it’s theirs to answer. Corrections to findings come from the laboratory, never from us.
