Corrections and report status
A correction says what changed and keeps the link to the earlier record. Findings are corrected by the laboratory that approved them.
Raise it with the reference
Give us the report reference and describe the suspected error. Questions about findings go to the issuing lab. A repeat test needs a written technical reason.
Current
The record is marked current in our register. That means genuine and not replaced. It isn’t a pass result or an endorsement.
Superseded
A revised, signed document is registered as a new record. The earlier one is marked superseded and points to the replacement. Nothing is overwritten.
Withdrawn
A withdrawn report stays visible as withdrawn, with the reason. Don’t rely on it. A PDF can still match a withdrawn record, so read the status, not just the file check.
What the register proves
A matching reference and key identify a record we maintain. A matching fingerprint means your PDF is identical to the registered file. Neither is a digital signature from the lab, and neither links untested stock to the tested sample.
