Privacy notice
What the enquiry form and report register collect, how it’s used, and who can see what.
Enquiries
The form collects your name, email, optional organisation and notes, sample descriptions, chosen tests, the indicative price and the time you consented. We use this to assess the enquiry, reply, and keep a history of requests.
Sharing with the lab
Once scope is agreed, the sample details the lab needs to quote or test are shared with it. Our hosting providers process the data on our behalf. Reports aren’t published by default.
The report register
It stores report identifiers, lab and sample details, issue date, scope, the PDF fingerprint and status history. We confirm permission before registering. Anyone with the reference and key can see those fields, so share them carefully. Customer contact details are never in a verification result.
PDFs you compare on the verify page stay on your device. Keys are stored as hashes. To limit automated lookups we keep a hashed combination of network address and a short time window for a few minutes. Hosting providers keep their own operational logs.
Access and corrections
Send a new enquiry quoting your existing reference. We confirm who you are before releasing, correcting or deleting personal information. Legal retention rules can limit deletion.
Before paid testing opens
The contracting legal entity and a formal privacy contact will be published here first.
