Same tests, same rules. A bad result gets reported the same way as a good one.
Tell us the material and the question
The compound as stated, the form it’s in, how many samples, and what you need to know. We start with sealed vials of freeze-dried research peptides. Blends and unfamiliar compounds get a feasibility check first.
What you get back
Identity, chromatographic purity with the trace, and content in milligrams per vial, in a report whose findings are approved by the accredited laboratory. If you want endotoxin or heavy metals, say so up front.
Unfavourable results stay in the record
Paying for a test doesn’t shape its conclusion. Repeat tests need a written technical reason. Amendments get a new version linked to the original.
Give your customers something they can check
With your permission we register the report. Anyone you give the reference and key to can confirm it’s real and current and compare their PDF with the registered file. The record covers the tested sample, not your stock, and it isn’t an endorsement.
Working arrangements
Vial counts, custody, retention, turnaround, delivery, confidentiality and repeat pricing are agreed for the scope. We won’t quote a turnaround until the lab has committed to one.
