Enquiry terms
An enquiry asks us to look at a proposed test. It isn’t an order, a booking, or a promise to test.
Scope and prices
Prices shown are indicative, in Australian dollars. Final scope, GST, postage, timing, accepted sample types and payment instructions are confirmed in writing. We can decline a request if the lab can’t safely or lawfully accept the material, or doesn’t have a suitable method.
Samples
Don’t post anything until you have intake instructions. The lab, vial count, destination and handling are confirmed first.
Results
A result applies to the sample tested and the tests run. It isn’t medical advice or a certification for human use. The lab controls interpretation and sign-off; our notes are kept separate from the lab’s report.
Paid-service terms
The contracting entity, full service terms, cancellation and refund rules will be published before payment is enabled.
