Four steps, each leaving a record of what was agreed, what arrived, who did the work and which report is current.
Give us the compound or sample name, whether it’s a single compound or a blend, and which tests you’re considering. The form shows an indicative price before you send anything. You’ll get an on-screen reference to keep; we don’t send automatic emails yet.
We check the laboratory can test your sample with a method inside its accredited scope, then come back with the final price, timing, how many vials to send and where. Unfamiliar compounds and blends sometimes need a feasibility check first.
Receipt is recorded under one sample reference and the agreed tests are run. If anything changes along the way, you hear about it.
The laboratory reviews and approves the findings; the report carries them exactly as approved, with our explanations kept separate. With your permission we register the report so anyone you share it with can check it’s real and current. Corrections get a new version linked to the old one.
