What a result can and can’t tell you
We keep this on one page so the rest of the site can speak plainly. Read it before you rely on any report, ours or anyone else’s.
A result is about one sample
It describes the vial that was tested and the tests that were run. It says nothing about other vials from the same seller, the same batch label, or the same listing.
Purity isn’t content
A purity percentage is a share of what the detector saw. Content is milligrams in the vial. A vial can be 99% pure and under-filled, or well-filled and impure.
Identity isn’t a guarantee
A mass match means the measured mass agrees with the expected one. It doesn’t rule out every isomer or confirm the full sequence unless the method is designed to.
Nothing here is a safety claim
We don’t test sterility unless it’s commissioned, and a clean endotoxin result isn’t a sterility result. No report from us says a product is safe or suitable for human use.
Verification checks the record, not the lab
A matching reference and key means the report is one we registered and it hasn’t been replaced or withdrawn. A matching fingerprint means your PDF is byte-for-byte the registered file. Neither is a digital signature from the laboratory. We check provenance before we register a report; that check is ours.
Accreditation belongs to the laboratory
The laboratory we work with is accredited for the methods it uses, and that accreditation covers specific methods in its scope. Vial holds no accreditation and doesn’t claim any.
Prices are indicative until confirmed
What’s on the prices page is the starting point. The final figure, GST and postage are confirmed in writing before you pay.
