Planning a test
Use the enquiry form. It asks for the compound, whether it’s a blend, and which tests you want, and shows an indicative price as you go.

Put your existing reference in the notes field and tell us what’s changed or what you need.
A problem with a report or your data
Give us the report or enquiry reference and describe the issue. Please don’t include verification keys or health information. For a privacy request, write “Privacy enquiry” as the sample name; the price shown is ignored and nothing is charged. We confirm who you are before changing or releasing personal information.
Before you post anything
Wait for our intake instructions. An enquiry doesn’t come with an address or permission to send samples.
