What a match proves
A record match means the identifier and key belong to an entry we keep. A fingerprint match means your PDF is byte-for-byte the registered file. Our operator confirms the issuer before registering; that is a provenance check, not a digital signature from the lab.
Neither check links a seller’s stock to the tested sample, endorses a supplier, or shows a product is suitable for human use. What a result can and can’t tell you.
